The adoption of the Service Charter is an important step in theprocess of quality of services and the involvement of citizens and users.
With this tool is designed to promote the protection of the right to health, offering its customers full information on the organizationof services and defining precise modalities of protection, in respect and in compliance with the principles of administrative transparency.
The Service Charter, in the full version, it is available to users at the secretariat of the laboratory.

- Withdrawal - from 08,00 to 10,00
- Withdrawal of reports - from Monday to Saturday from 10.00 to 13.00     from Monday to Friday from 15:00 to 17:00
